All you need to do is get in contact with the Event coordinator and they should be able to provide you with an A/V feed as well as an internet connection. I recommend emailing that person today. Additionally, going to nasa may be a good idea for streaming; I have been using them for years for both flash based streams and windows media based.

What stream are you using for the Lake Superior regional? All the ones I find have a broken link to mms://sargasso-3.arc.nasa.gov/deluthregional (and yes, someone spelled Duluth wrong, but fixing it doesn't make a difference).
