Re: servo jitters

Our team had a very similar problem with a servo we were running. We noticed that as we were driving, we would experience mild to severe changes in the position of the servo. At first we were very concerned, but we finally concluded like many of you have that that movement has to be commanded.

The thing is it was being commanded, but not by us. By rewiring the servo wires farther away from all others we were able to completely solve the problem.

I assume you are using some type of wire management on your robot. Try to isolate the servo wire as much as possible by distancing it from other wires (especially wires to big motors).
