In LF's defense, these were the only teams that posted any information on their robots, and they are perennially strong teams. In addition, NO ONE could drain 3-pointers for a variety of reasons. A lot of scores were hybrid+fender dumpers+bridges in VA.

Could you elaborate on this variety of reasons? I'm rather worried about Week 4 all of a sudden.

Re: Predictions Week 3: Full Court Press

There were jumbotrons and other brought lights giving off more illumination than the LED ring we had in the Siegel Center. Only 2363, from what I heard, could get reliable vision tracking. We wired in an ultrasonic sensor to replace the camera for distance tracking, and our driver determined the yaw of the robot on the fly.

You may/may not have that problem.

We decided to abandon camera tracking at WPI because while they were kind enough to let us calibrate, the lighting was stronger on one side and was giving inconsistent results because of various event positions.

But there should be enough time for the driver to get accustomed manually, even if that means shooting from the same/similar place.
