Andy,
Take a look at this presentation for help. You should put the kit away in a safe place ASAP. Pick an adult take inventory and contact FIRST about missing parts. Missing parts seems to be a major problem. I'm sure they will discuss this in their first team update. Organize the team to work on a strategy and robot concept first! How will you play the game and what you will need the robot to do. Break into small groups and brainstorm in these areas. Then break open the kit next week.
