ah, figured it out. it needs to be:
myRobot.SetInvertedMotor(myRobot.kFrontLeftMotor, true);
myRobot.SetInvertedMotor(myRobot.kRearLeftMotor, true);
thanks for the help, now it builds and I will see if it fixes the problem
