Re: 2012 Wisconsin Regional

I am amazed at the picture quality of the webcast for the Wisconsin regional (knock on wood). Even has an HD option! The HD is a little laggy for me however. Just wearing my old team t-shirt rooting for 1732!

Re: 2012 Wisconsin Regional

Does anyone have individual scoring numbers for teams. I am a former member of 2169 and it looks like we racked up a good deal of teleop points. I was wondering how many we have scored vs our alliance members and how that compares with other teams.

Also this regional has been very exciting and the webcast is excellent quality. Good luck to all the teams out there, and have fun.

peace

2169's alliances have had 219 points scored in teleop and 101 in hybrid, which puts them at #1 from shots alone. They do not go for the coopertition bridge which makes them seed 12th but they are likely to be a top pick.

According to our teams data 2169 is currently at 140 points scored. This does not include balance.

I believe we had you at 18 teleperated points per match.

Should be a great day tommorrow with the potential for several strong, evenly matched alliances.

Agreed, it's going to be difficult for any one alliance to run away with the competition tomorrow.

Really impressive showing today by a lot of teams. I was surprised to see a perfect 36 point autonomous mode in a qualification match (I believe match 47 with teams 3418, 2481, and 2062).

Good luck to everyone tomorrow.

Yup, Match 47 - we had a front row seat for it, as a member of the opposing alliance. Great job on accomplishing this during qualifying.

The elims here are going to be wild - we're Looking Forward to battling with and against a very solid field of competitors on Saturday. Good luck, all!

Watching this regional, I'm really impressed with the level of competition. There are lots of good robots, not just at the top end, but spread all through.

Technical issues with the Kinect are slowing down the match it seems.

Had a great time this year. Top-notch competition, extremely exiting matches and some really high scores. Congratulations to the winning alliance, had a great time competing in the semi-finals! See you in St. Louis.

Re: 2012 Wisconsin Regional

Congratulations to teams , 48, 2826, and 269 on winning the regional, your alliance did really good together scoring 98 points twice in a row for the win - amazing!

Team 1716 would also like to thank teams 1736 and 930 for being with us in eliminations. Also thanks to the event staff, and all the teams at the Wisconsin regional this year. Our team had a great time and the team is already pumped for next season!

The FMS output and the cameras were only SD. 5Nines, the company from here in Madison that donated the stream/equipment/personnel, was a little ticked off when they found that out. I saw the equipment and was blown away. I think I was able to get them to consider doing the Championship as well.

Very impressed by the level of competition and all the award winners.
