Netbeans setup issue

So, I figured I'd test java a bit and installed the netbeans + frc plugins.
The only problem is that when I try to create a new command/subsystem by doing right click -> new -> command.../subsystem..., it is not there! The only options are new java class, java package, and java interface. Any help on getting this working would be much appreciated.

I'm using netbeans 7.1.1, though i don't think its an issue, as the netbeans version they are using in the video tutorials are 7.0.1
