A huge thanks to our alliance partners: Bionic Tigers, 1592 and Jungle Robotics 3627, for taking the Canned Jungle Tiger alliance all the way to winning the first, FIRST South Florida regional! Also a shout out to Moose 1065, Krunch 79 and Hydra 2425 as finalists. What a well fought round of quals and elims.

Also a BIG "Thanks" to the regional committee and the volunteers who made this a smooth running, fun and great experience for all the teams.


To Krunch, Chairmans winner and Exploding Bacon, Engineering Inspiration: congrats and well done!

Finally, it was a privilege to be pitted next to Team 190, whose mentor Ken Stafford won Woody Flowers and who, as a team, contributes so much the FIRST community through their software engineering.

3627- You guys set some pretty amazing picks and we could not have done it without you. Plus you opened up the possibility for a triple which we never used except for the practice field but it was a nice ace in the whole to have.

Congratulations to all the teams on your alliance -- it was a great few matches. Also I would like to point out that team 3653, BotCats, was also a finalist.

Team 2425 would like to thank our alliance for letting us join them as the replacement robot, and it was great working with you all.
