I'm 85% confident that HoF teams from more than 5 years ago can win RCAs, DCAs, and possibly a MCA (SCA?), but not another CCA. I could be wrong, however.

Anyway, as stated 191 won the CCA as a rookie when they were all rookies, and again in 1994. So yeah, that'd go under the rules having changed.

Team 3630 won RCA in their Second Year.

Rookie All-Star in their Rookie Year and then went on to win Chairman's Award in their Second Year at 10k lakes regional.

We competed against Team 525.

I think it's the year of the sophomore Chairman's there have been three so far.

I can assure you that you do enough to be a Chairman's contender and continue to do so every year. I can depend on you whenever you are at an event to help make sure that event does not fail.
