You have to remember who the audiences are that are looking at the site. Many of the comments in this thread are FRC focused but I'm sure that much of the site is aimed at potential sponsors, etc.

I think it's organized well, but I don't care for the search engine. I rely on a Google search, "site:www.usfirst.org keyword" to find what I' looking for. Also I know from experience how difficult it is to have all the links working and content up to date when you have a distributed ownership model. But that is a source of frustration for me.
