Re: How does your team architect its codebase?
We wrote a multi-threaded API during pre-season. Basically, we have commands and subsystems and all that, but I hate state machines, so every command had its own thread.
We ended up writing 64 classes. It took way more time than it should have, and we practically rewrote the entire WPILibJ (which I am considering finishing at some point). Keep it simple, stupid. |
