I didn't think "Locomotion" was that common except for last year, and I'm not sure I've ever heard "Sweet Georgia Brown" at a FIRST event (although I admittedly haven't been to that many). It might work well this year, though...

A song I have heard a lot at FIRST events, though, is "Jump On It", but not this year... what happened? It's one of the best "time-out songs", IMO...
