Kinect Library?

Hi,

Do you guys know where there is a Java Kinect Library for Non-FRC development? AKA, non WPI?

I want to play with the Kinect off-season, and I'm wondering if theres Java API's for it, or if I have to use C#.

Re: Kinect Library?

use simpleOpenNI and NITE in processing. Processing is a language that is basically Java with a cool core library that makes handling graphics really easy. It can be set up to be used in eclipse.

BUT... this is not the microsoft library. For the hybrid kinect control you have to use that one. If, for example, you want to mount a kinect on the robot, what I explained is definately the best way to go.
