Does anyone know exactly what an "electrical component" is?

I'm talking about expenses: no "electrical component" may cost over $100.

Electrical component would be any one piece you would use in your custom circut (ie: anything from capacitators to processors).

Another way to think about it, you are limited to two suppliers, so any one iten you would purchase from them must be under $100.

Well, that limit does not include things like spikes, victors, blah blah blah...pretty much, if you buy electronics and there's not already atleast one in the kit, it's included in that limit.
