You have a couple options.
1. Change your server! Leave a page on your district server that redirects to your new page.
2. Enhance your site as a pure html/css/javascript site. These are all text based languages with wide support. Also, they are browser controlled, so you can use these and experience a very low server load.
3. Images. The other thing that can spice up a page are images. Get your teams animator to spice up your page with cool pictures and things. (There's no one on our team to do that for me...

)

And please, nobody flame me because I use ASP and not PHP. It's really not as big a deal as some people make it out to be. Both are perfectly valid server side scripting languages, and I really don't want to argue one side or another. Besides, I haven't found anyone giving out free php hosting, otherwise I would quite possibly switch. I'm just cheap.
