New Layout Feedback

Hey CD. I have been working on remaking my teams website from the ground up. I have been spending most of the time recently on the layout design. I attached a screenshot of the current state (not quite done, but I think the general concept is there). If you wouldn't mind giving me your feedback on it, I would appreciate it.
