These guys did awesome at their Pacific Northwest regionals and at Oklahoma. They made without a doubt in my mind the best robot to come out of Oregon this year, and one that even stands up to some of the best from Washington.

#2: 2898: Flying Hedgehogs
These guys were good at Portland, rocked even harder at Seattle, and although I didn't see them perform at Archimedes I'm sure they brought some fight there as well. These guys and the Flaming Chickens are two of the top teams that made me proud to be a part of the Pacific Northwest's FIRST community this year.

#3: 2733: Pigmice
Video included because they're the only ones on my list who didn't go to World's this year, and I think more people outside of OR/WA should see their robot. It's a wonderful idea and I think they did a great job with it.

If this is just about Bots then you should combine 1510 and 2898, since the robots were completely identical.

Re: Top 3 Bots in YOUR State

I got the chance to attend all three Texas regionals and Bayou this year, so I saw a lot (if not all) of the Texas teams.

It's hard not to pick 148 and 1477 since they each grabbed two regional wins. 118 has to be added to list since they got the win at Lone Star and made it to Einstein with one of the best robots in the nation.

It's hard to leave 624 off this list since they probably had the most accurate shooter in Texas and the in my opinion the best robot they have built in the past 10 years.

I'd go with 341, 1218, and 357 personally.

I'd have to agree that 357 was a major player in MAR. 222 had an amazing machine in the early events but made some late changes to their shooter which seemed to adversely effect shooting accuracy.

Yes, yes I should. I cannot believe that they slipped my mind while I was making the list the first time

Not necessarily. Just because you have a good robot that doesnt mean you had good Drivers for that robot.
