The control system is disabled at the end of the match, which will in turn make the robot not drive outputs. So basically, relays will return to a non-asserted state and vfd's will pass no power.
For pneumatics, it means that single solenoid valves will return to original postion and double solenoid valves will stay in the last state. For motors, it means they will lose power. If there is an anti-backoff mechanism in the gearbox, it will stay where it is. If there is not an anti-backoff mechanism, an arm could stay where it is is balanced or if friction is enough to counteract the force of gravity. |
