1619's is "It's not done till it's overdone". My second year, one of the judges at the Colorado regional was coming around early Thursday cause they felt like it. They mentioned to our lead mentor that our robot that year looked very overdone. He replied "It's not done till it's overdone" and right after that our drive coach went up to confirm info and when asked for a team motto, that was all he could think of. It has stuck since.
