"What's your day job?" had varied and fascinating responses, and "Why you will fail to have a great career." has also gone viral. In his talk and especially in the follow-on videos posted in that thread, Prof. Smith goes into great detail about the importance of having a career that lets you pursue your passions.

So, what are your passions? Do you get paid to pursue them? Or is there something you do outside of work that really gets you going?
