Marketing@usfirst.org is where you want to go to ask for permission. As long as you follow the branding standards FIRST lays out for you, (
http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprogr...ng-tools/brand) you should be fine. The basic rules are, don't alter the logo, keep it unobstructed by other graphics, and don't make a profit off the logo.

Whoops, you did this already.
Additionally, you might want to ask the TEAMS you plan on featuring if it's okay to use their robots. And if you use anyone else's photos other than your own, ask for permission. It's not nice to take others' work. (This could be solved in one-shot by contacting the teams, asking for their permission and a photo of their choice to be used on the card.)
All of that aside, I'd totally buy a few. I think even FIRST's offices would think it's a cool thing to have! They'd make great giveaways.
