IRI- Women in Engineering Video Project
Hello!
My name is Renee Becker and I am working on a video project for a Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Workshop that will be held at the 2013 SWE Heartland Region Conference. In the workshop I will be introducing the FIRST program and explaining to the participants why and how women engineers make a difference in the FIRST program.
I am hoping to interview female student and mentors who work on the engineering side of FIRST at IRI and ask them about how this program has impacted them, what they get out of the program, and why more women engineers should mentor FIRST teams. If there are any guys who have been impacted by female engineers and think it is important to recruit more female mentors we'd love to interview you as well!
