Screen Flashing error with Fusion 2013

Upgraded to Inventor Fusion 2013 (2.0.0.206) and things are not going well. Using the same WinXP build as last year with 2012 version:
XP 2002 SP3 i7-2620M CPU@2.7GHz 3.48GB RAM

Memory indicator is in the green.
Shut down all other applications.
Checked the config center and there are no updates.

Several areas of the screen, like the rotate cube and right margin toolbar, are mere outlines with the details missing.

When you move the mouse, the grey background screen appears but when the mouse stops, the black returns.

Any ideas?
