254's robot had a disconnected pneumatic tube which caused some pneumatic components to only partially work. It was reconnected between matches and was fine for F2.

We un-jammed the roller and did a systems check which showed the motors to be running but, unfortunately, in the second final match the problem recurred and we were unable to shoot again.

Thanks for clearing that up. There must have been some miscommunication/misunderstanding. This makes much more sense than the impression I was under.
