Robots, tools & Canadian border crossing!

We registered for the Western Canada Regional in Calgary as our second event.

While I think we know what's required in order to get our kids under 18 & without U.S. passports over and back across the border.

We're wondering what we need to do regarding our robot, parts and tools?
1. What if any forms need to be filled out prior to traveling?
2. Does anything need to be declared, classified or categorized in some special way?
3.?????????

We're just total noobs in this respect.
