No.
The reset won't clear memory. You have to use the FRC cRIO Imaging Tool to accomplish that.
In unusual cases, - The 4-slot reset can be used to boot the cRIO into Safe Mode, (the 8-slot uses the Safe Mode DIP switch)
- Then (while in Safe Mode) the Imaging Tool is used to wipe and reformat the cRIO.
- Afterwards, and out of Safe Mode, the FRC image needs to be installed by the Imaging tool,
- Then the user code reloaded.
