You know when a guy is shy is when he is quiet for a while after that and he might not talk to you just because of that. Force a conversation and open yourself up and he will too. And you know he is telling the truth is when he dosn't want to change the subject.

That's what I've done when I'm shy....

Maybe he feels intimidate with your aproach . i dont no , but this smile could be a sign. My team is from brazil , and we'll be very glad if you answer this message , and maybe i can help you with this guy...Here in brazil , the things are more direct . I think its more easy to aproach somebody.

Perhaps he would be more likely to tell the truth if he knew you liked him.

You see, he might not tell you he likes you because he feels like he would be embarassed if you knew.

What kind of 'no' was it... Erm... like a serious 'no' or more of a 'hehe *giggle giggle* no' Did you ask him around people? I know I feel more comforatable about telling the truth if I'm alone with the person. And smiles can sometimes mean anything... Shyness sucks

And, just FYI us guys are equally confused by girls up here.

The mystery of girls is a common one everywhere.
