"Rail Guide"

Hey guys, my team and I need your help to identify this "Rail Guide" and maybe with your help we would be able to find where we can purchase it and even know its proper name. We already went on Igus where we believe is where it is located but we can't find the exact model and such. The image of this fine piece of metal is on this thread. Please and thank you guys

You are correct, that would be Igus. We used it on our 2008 lift.

You are looking for Igus Drylin N Low Profile linear guides.

That appears to be the 40mm profile width in your picture.

Re: "Rail Guide"

Great stuff. Keep in mind that the little plastic bits break off and get lost really easily when they aren't captive in the track.

Re: "Rail Guide"

Check with local FRC teams. I bet they will have a couple laying around that you could have.

Re: "Rail Guide"

Additionally, you may want to look into drawer sliders.

We used these for our FTC Robot Lift and ended up switching to drawer sliders because they slide much better and are telescopic.
