Team 1718 Beta Test Seminar

On Saturday, December 15, Team 1718 will be hosting a Beta Test LabVIEW seminar. This seminar will not be used to teach LabVIEW, rather we will be covering the changes behind last year's LabVIEW environment and the updated version for 2013.

The seminar will be held at the Macomb Academy of Arts and Sciences. The Academy is located at:

23211 Prospect, Armada, MI 48005.

The seminar will begin at 12:00 noon, and will end when the audience runs out of questions. We hope to see you there!

Re: Team 1718 Beta Test Seminar

Will this seminar be webcast?

I know there will be large group of people who would love to attend but live much too far away!

We've gotten this request from First-In-Michigan as well.

We've never tried it before, but I just picked up a new HD video camera, so it seems like it's time to give it a try.

Re: Team 1718 Beta Test Seminar

This would be great!

Even if you are unable to get a webcast up and running (as I am sure you are focusing on other aspects of the event). I would be open to watching a video archive, and even more would benefit from it!

Thanks for all you do for FRC!

The link below leads to team 1718's beta test seminar. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the download.

Team 1718 2013 Beta Test

As much as we would have liked to post video, we had technical difficulties with the recording and we really don't have the time to go back and redo the seminar to record it again.

The slides are pretty much verbatim from the seminar. If you have any questions, ask away and we'll answer them here.

Re: Team 1718 Beta Test Seminar

Thanks for the presentation.
My complements to the "chefs."
Lots of good information on the updates.
I may borrow it to support part of a local post-Kickoff workshop.
