I just realised some number sequences repeat themselves...
31 obviously
2383 appears three times, second row first number, third row second number (31 as a different number), fourth row first number.
5388 twice, second row first number, third row second number. Both two digits apart from a 2383.
First row last number seems to be identical to third row last number, apart from the first two digits (62 in the first and 33 in the second).

They seem to be segments of Pi. Try running them through here and seeing what the places are, and then we might have a string of numbers that could translate to letters. Note that you may have to add one to each item because this does not include the three

I'm afraid only 31 and 88274153 were found by the website... But I think it may have somehing to do with it. Maybe each number represents a letter and 88274153 stands for "P"?
