WindRiver Connections not connecting

We have been trying unsuccessfully to get a WindRiver target server connection to work. Unfortunately, each time the connection fails because WindRiver hangs at the step "Checking license" until it times out:

Sun Dec 23 14:41:02 2012
Target name is 10.31.30.2
tgtsvr (VxWorks6x_10.31.30.2_0@home-PC): Sun Dec 23 14:41:02 2012
Wind River Target Server for Workbench 3.3.1
WTX Library version: 4.2.0.46
Tgtsvr core version: 4.2.0.40
Wind River Target Server: Win32 version
Connecting to the target agent ...
... switching to WDB4 mode ... ... succeeded !
Loading plug-in for VxWorks... succeeded.
Checking License...

We have tried reimaging it multiple times without any luck.

Our target server options are:
Backend Settings:
Processor: MPC5200
Backend: wdbrpc
Target name or address: 10.31.30.2

Kernel image:
File: C:\WindRiver\WPILib\cRIOFRCII_vxWorks

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: WindRiver Connections not connecting

EDIT: We have solved (?) the problem.

I'm really unsure as to what actually happened, but here's what we did:

First, we reimaged the CRIO to LabVIEW (Which is the language we used last year). Our LabVIEW code ran perfectly. Then, we reimaged again to C++, and, for some reason, it worked.

Would any other programmers out there have insight towards this strange phenomenon?

I should add that yesterday our C++ code worked perfectly. Today we reimaged the CRIO to C++ (yes, again), and the problem began, where we could not make a connection from WindRiver. We tried reimaging it to C++ several times, to no avail. We imaged to LabVIEW, ran code, imaged to C++, and it now works.
