DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) selected Open Robotics University's "Rescue Response Team" to participate in 2013 DARPA Robotics Challenge. 1st Prize is $2,000,000.00. Top notch FIRST mentors, coaches, and students are invited to join its team. Since Open Robotics University is an open source university, individuals not enrolled in the university or not members of faculty can join their team to design software and robot for the competition.
