Not quite yet... actually... come to think of it, sometimes they also only release it at regionals. going off the top of my head.

Autodesk canceled the Design Excellence Award just a few weeks before the Kickoff, and FIRST ignored the Safety Animation contest.

So far, this hasn't been a good year for animation teams.
