LabView license "activated for a different computer"?????

What the heck? We are using our Classmate from 2012. Not being a rookie team we, of course, did not get a re-imaging USB thumb drive. Sooo, we created a re-imaging thumbdrive using E11_DEV_2013_271212.7z image from the Intel website (6.3GB). We followed all instructions in "2013FRCClassmateImageRestorationGuide_Rev0.pd f". We installed all 3 LabView updates (LabView itself, Utilities, and Driver Station).

Everything went fine with zero errors. We now run the NI License Manager and it says, "Status: Activated for a different computer". LabView won't run as it says "No License Available". "Launch LabView" and "Activate Products" buttons are greyed out. The only options are to "Purchase Products" and/or Exit.

What am I missing?

BTW, the License File Expiration does say 1/15/2014
