Clarification on Height restricitions

As per rule R03
Quote:
total length of the FRAME PERIMETER sides may not exceed 112 in. (see Figure 4-1 for examples),
PLAYING CONFIGURATION horizontal dimensions may never exceed a 54 in. diameter vertical cylinder (see G23), and
height may never exceed 84 in. tall.
Emphasis mine.
Does the height restriction ever change? As in, During some parts of the match is your height lower than 84'' ?

The ROBOT must satisfy the following size constraints:

total length of the FRAME PERIMETER sides may not exceed 112 in. (see Figure 4-1 for examples),
PLAYING CONFIGURATION horizontal dimensions may never exceed a 54 in. diameter vertical cylinder (see G23), and
height may never exceed 84 in. tall.
Quote:
G22
ROBOT height (as defined in relation to the ROBOT) must be restricted as follows during the MATCH:

If in contact with the carpet in its AUTO ZONE and/or its PYRAMID, ≤ 84 in.
Otherwise, ≤ 60 in.

Violation: FOUL. If continuous or repeated violations, TECHNICAL FOUL.

Robot height is limited to 60 inches, unless you are in contact with carpet in your autozone or pyramid, then your height limit is 84 inches

Was wierd that this wasn't listed in the Robot Rules, you had to find it in the Game Rules. I'm sure this will be updated soon in the robot rules section.

Why? It is a game rule - it depends on what you are doing in the game. There is no hard and fast robot size rule, other than the 84" maximum at all times and the 54" cylinder.
