code not working

So our team is trying to use the video. We got the video to work and we have robot connection and code, but when we try to move the robot around it doesn't move. We are using java and we are just using the video for feed and not for anything else. So can anyone help us

Is the cRIO opening the camera and using video or is it just going back to the laptop? If you have video code in the cRIO Java program and you remove it, does the robot work?

the ethernet cord is not connected to the CRio it is connected to the router, and we just want it for live stream do i still need the code if we're using smart dash board

a BIG thing is making sure that on the laptop you are using as a driver station has only one network connection enabled. So if you are connecting to the wireless bridge, make sure your Wired connection is disabled. If you are tethered make sure your wireless connection is disabled.
