How fast is fast to get on the hill?

We plan on using a time travel device to have the stacks knocked over right when the match starts...no one will ever know!!

What about a team who may have a large arm to reach over the wall and knock over bins without ever having to move?!?!

Anyways....I'd say 1.5 seconds would be pretty fast...who knows how fast ours could go.
