Another reason for difficulty of scouting is that there is the 10 seconds of human activity. Humans can do almost anything with one of these crates and they are infinately adaptable. They could do different things in every match, and if they did a different thing with their crates each game, your robot would have a new field to cope with during it"s automated period each match. This will be really difficult to plan for unless you have a report of what each of the teams in the opposing alliance did in all of their previous matches, and even then you wouldn"t know for sure.
