Need inspiration on how to harvest or pick up frisbees

What our team has brainstormed as potential intake mechanisms basically came down to using a roller somewhere between 1 5/8" and 2" off the ground (a frisbee is 1 5/8" tall) in combination with a polycarbonate sheet underneath the roller to grab the underside of the frisbee. Our prototype for an intake mechanism basically involves a 3/8" shaft with Banebot wheels (with blue polyurethane). They get amazing traction on the frisbees, so try them out.
