Question Classmate re-imaging problem

Hello i am current having some problems reimaging my teams E11 classmate. I followed the steps on the First technical resources. But every time I insert the usb with the reimaging software the Boot menu doesn't recognize it. if someone could give me some advice that would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Classmate re-imaging problem

Are you sure you clicked the "Copy OS Files after Format" Option in RMPrepUSB? I'd recommend redoing the image on the flash drive.
