Team Pyramid Goal Drawing Incorrect?

According to the Team Field Drawings, the Pyramid Goal is about 26.75'' tall (6'' 2x4, .5'' plywood, 20'' 2x4, and then .25'' plywood). However, according to the Game Manual, the actual one is 30'' tall (https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B8fG...1lcHZ2bTA/edit). Why is there the difference? Thanks in advance.

Also - are the 30'', 60'', and 90'' of the horizontal pyramid bars measured from the bottom of the bar, the middle of the bar, or the top of the bar? The Game Manual doesn't seem to say.
