It is good to have that link. I looked around for a while before backing into it.
You have to call NI. A salesman will establish the quotation for your purchase. You then arrange to pay for it and it becomes an order. If you get the tax status of your organization on file with them first, you may avoid having them charge you for taxes. When your shipment arrives, a signature will be required, so ship to somewhere with a person available to do that.
