FRC Scout v2.0

Hey everyone!

So today we released version 2.0 version of team 2168's popular scouting app, FRC Scout. Due to the nature of the app (being able to customize all your options) it didn't need any game specific updates, but did include some bug fixes and additional features. We added option editing/deletion (YAY!), automatic match gathering/latest match tracking, and fixed crashes on screen rotation during background tasks (a known error is still in some newer versions of Android where orientation changes can potentially crash the app, as well as a bug/feature in Android that prevents some versions from being able to take pictures.)

In order to accomplish some of this we also use the awesome API provided by The First Alliance (http://www.thefirstalliance.org/)
