How do you build your arena?

My team wants to build an arena to train.
so we wnt to know how you build your arena? what are the materials you are using?

The TechnoKats built the very first low-cost wooden field. We have room in our sponsor's warehouse to keep it permanently assembled. It gets minor tweaks every year for game-specific features (typically the corners).

How much space do you have? What are your resources? The closer you can get to a real field the better. You need to replicate the floor. Carpet most years. You need to mock up the field elements you are going to be using. For the feeder & targets this can be from cardboard to the material specified on the drawings. Real elements this year are pretty expensive.

FRC 1511 also builds a full wooden field (except for some features like the pyramid) to host their week 0 event, the Rochester Rally.
