Netbeans not connecting to cRIO

When trying to test our basic drive code the program fails to load saying it cannot connect to the network when we have already confirmed that we are talking to the D-link. Is there something wrong with a configuration that we don
t know about?

inkspell4 will become famous soon enough
The overload me is just a statement saying that it is running the default disabled method and that you can overwrite it with your own.
