Hello All,

We are current recipients of a JCPenney Third-Year Grant but we are clueless on how/who to give information concerning our t-shirts and banner.

In the past we have always done an MOU with Andrea Winegar from FIRST. Then from there on it has always been handled directly with the local store manager.

This year they are not giving out the spirit kits (tshirts and banners). Here is part of an email from earlier in the year:





The “partnership” which was previously maintained by the team and store is no longer a requirement. If a jcpenney store has established a relationship with a local team that they wish to continue on their own, that is completely up to them on a local and voluntary basis.



Also:

NO jcpenney Spirit Kits (shirts/banners/stickers) will be provided in 2013.

NO additional Championship grants will be offered to jcpenney teams in 2013.
