Unable to deploy robot code

Currently we are able to run code on our cRio using WindRiver, but when we try to deploy it so that it starts when powered on, WindRiver displays a window that says "downloading to robot." This window will display indefinitely with no indication of its progress. We have let it go for up to an hour and a half in which we ended up cancelling since we didn't expect it to take so long. We have followed the instructions on how to setup the downloading preferences, we are connected to the cRio, and we have also properly imaged the cRio. We have checked the forum and are unable to find any other similar problems. Any assistance is appreciated.

Never mind, we disabled the windows firewall and the code was able to deploy normally.
