By simple you mean teams designing their robots to handle this?
Your probably right, but the smart teams will have some sort way of preventing motors from stalling so the breaker dosnt trip. If the breaker trips then that robot will lose whatever pushing/pulling match it was in. I personally beleive this year's game is going to be a drive system competiton as much as anything.
