I am working through your first video and I'm stuck on the step to create the 23" C channel. I figured out how to create the offset work plane, but when I use the split command, OK and Apply are greyed out in the split dialog. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Matt.

Here is a link to another thread with a video showing the work flow for work plane and split. This is for a STEP file, but the work flow is the same.
