Camera Problems

We would like to get our camera working

In the FRC Dashboard we can get FPS and bandwidth readings but no video feed

We are also able to view the live feed on a browser, this seems to work flawlessly, but still no video when we run the Dashboard

We have run the camera tool many times.

We are not using the smartdashboard but we cant seem to get that to work either.

We have the axis m1011

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
